Sri. Guduru Venkata Sivaram Prasad

Managing Trustee

Managing Trustee Sri Guduru Prasad (familiar as Engineer Prasad). An engineer by profession and a humanitarian at heart, he chose to transform his life’s path towards sustainable farming and social service. Driven by deep compassion for children with special needs, he has dedicated himself to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued and empowered. In a remarkable act of generosity, he donated 4 acres of land to establish a school and residential hostel, laying the foundation for a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented space. His vision goes beyond education — it is about dignity, care, and building a future where every child, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunity to thrive.

Sri. RaviKumar Marla

Vice Managing Trustee

Ravikumar Marla is a dedicated professional and Vice Managing Trustee of GSB Trust. He holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and works as a Regional Manager in PSG Coimbatore. Alongside his professional career, he has remained committed to social responsibility and community service. His son, Sanjay Karthik Marla, who is a special child, became the inspiration behind his mission from 2015. Through his personal experiences, he understood the challenges faced by parents of special children. This understanding developed in him a deep sense of empathy and purpose. Motivated by this, he actively contributed to the establishment of GSB Trust. He played an important role in shaping the trust’s vision and objectives. His focus has been on creating a safe and dignified support system for individuals with special needs. He contributes through strategic planning and operational guidance. He also works towards building a compassionate and community-driven model. Through his leadership, he continues to create a nurturing environment for children and families. His efforts provide hope, stability, and peace of mind to many families.

Smt. Bikkina Jhansi Lakshmi

Secretary Trustee

Bikkina Jhansi Lakshmi is a dedicated professionally qualified Special Educator having more than 35 years of experience, and is our Secretary Trustee of GSB Trust, committed to the welfare of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She runs a voluntary organization in Vijayawada that supports special children and their families. Her husband, Ramakrishna, is engaged in the automobile business, and together they have built a caring and responsible family. Her son, Karthik, a specially abled individual, has been her greatest inspiration and is able to lead his life with minimal assistance through proper guidance and training. Her daughter, Sri Lakshmi Vasavi, holds an M.Sc. in Microbiology and a B.Ed in Special Education from NIMH, Secunderabad. At GSB Trust, Mrs. Jhansi Lakshmi leads skill development programs and designs practical training modules that help children gain independence and confidence. Through her compassion, dedication, and leadership, she continues to create a supportive and dignified environment for special children and their families.

Sri. Nalluri Babji

Treasurer Trustee

Nalluri Babji is a treasurer trustee of GSB Trust and a respected professional with more than 25 years of experience as the proprietor of Nalluri Associates. He has built his life with dedication, responsibility, and a deep commitment to family values. His son, Jignesh Nalluri, who is a special child, has been the central inspiration behind his association with GSB Trust. Mr. Babji sees Jignesh not as a burden, but as a divine gift whose life deserves dignity, safety, and lifelong care. This deeply personal journey led him to become part of GSB Trust with the vision of building a secure and supportive future for children like Jignesh. His contribution to the trust comes from both his emotional understanding as a father and his practical strength as a responsible leader. He strongly believes that special children should live in an environment where they are protected, respected, and cared for throughout life. His family has also shown remarkable involvement, with his son Pavan, who has studied special B.Ed, helping in the care and support of Jignesh.

Sri. Madhusudan Rao

Member Trustee

Madhusudhana Rao is a committed professional and member trustee of GSB Trust, driven by both personal experience and a strong sense of responsibility. He works as an Operations Manager at DBS Bank in Guntur, bringing valuable organizational and leadership skills to the trust. His wife, PM Swapna Rani, is a homemaker. They are proud parents of two daughters, each following a unique path in life. Their elder daughter, who is now 25 years old, was diagnosed with autism and hyperactivity, and she has been the true inspiration behind his journey with GSB Trust. Mr. Madhusudan Rao continues to play an active role in building a secure, nurturing, and lifelong support system for children like his daughter and many others.

Sri. Gadde Ratnakar

Member Trustee

Gadde Ratnakar, a resident of Vijayawada, is a dedicated professional and member trustee of GSB Trust. He serves in BSNL, Vijayawada, bringing strong leadership and organizational expertise to both his career and social initiatives. Alongside him, his wife Manjula serves as an Assistant Director of Agriculture, reflecting a family deeply committed to public service. However, it is their younger son, Nikhil, a special child, who has been the true inspiration behind Mr. Ratnakar’s journey with GSB Trust.

Sri. Vemulapalli Ramesh Chandra Babu

Member Trustee

Mr. Vemulapalli Ramesh Chandra Babu is currently working as a Junior Assistant (Finance) in APSRTC, Vijayawada. He is a dedicated professional known for his sincerity and commitment to his work. He is married to Mrs. Srilakshmi, who is a homemaker and supports the family with care and devotion. The couple is blessed with two children. Their daughter, Tejaswi, is married and well-settled in her life. Their son, V. Naga Venkata Siva Sai Kumar, is a special child who brings immense joy to the family. He is currently studying at Sai Prema School in Vijayawada. Mr. Ramesh Chandra Babu is a loving father who takes great pride in his children’s growth and well-being. He hails from Nidamanuru, Vijayawada, which is his native place. With strong family values and a responsible nature, he continues to lead a balanced and fulfilling life.
